In stillness, in chaos, in the extra ordinary and the mundane,God is always there; always present!
Slow down and bring prayer to your day; take a moment to sit still and take some slow deep breaths!
As you breath in, think about all the good things in your life; that have been part of your day, things that you enjoyed; food, blessings, beauty, acts of kindness~breathe in the good things and thank God for them!
As you breathe out think of all the bad things and breathe them out~the frustrations, worry, heart break, pain, grief of the day; giving them to God.
Leave ALL your worries and anxieties with God for he cares for you!!
